The Choir emerged from a massed hospitals’ choir which took part in an annual Carol Concert organised by the Sir Malcolm Sargent Cancer Fund for Children. |

The Choir enjoys patronage and support from the Hospital Authority |

Concerts are given mainly for Charitable Organisations in venues from local Churches to the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester |
|
Repertoire ranges from Oratorio to Rock, from Bach to Bacharach |
|
Choir rehearsals are at Hope Hospital, Salford (Greater Manchester), in the Cavendish Suite, on Thursday evenings, from 7:30 to 9:30pm |

In Autumn 2003 we received £1240 from Salford Community Chest to obtain a new digital piano, amplifier and speakers. We take this to venues where there is no instrument available. |
